We advise that your roller shutters are serviced annually, this will improve the lifespan of all your roller shutters both manual and electric. Although we cannot guarantee the doors parts and components we can endeavour to help it from breaking down.
If your shutter has been maintained by another company then we cannot guarantee there work/workmanship. Our engineers carry out a full service & inspection of all your existing shutters.
When our engineers come and carry out a service on your roller shutter(s) they have a checklist to follow for each shutter which is serviced. This is so that we can build up a portfolio of all your shutter(s). Once a service has been completed and payment has been made you will receive a Service Certificate.
If you choose not to have your shutter(s) serviced annually then 1st Choice Roller Shutter Services Ltd cannot be help responsible for any consequences/failures which may result from this. If your door is in constant use then prompt service & repairs will avoid unnecessary stress on parts and components.
This would be an actual service and not a visual inspection.
